Mr D'Souza's leadership at a global level, at the Global Cashew Alliance as its first ever Convenor, continues to provide inspiration to the stakeholders of the organisation. As Chairman of the Cashew Export Promotion Council of India (CEPCI), his procurement and production processes & policies are benchmarks.

The acquisition of the 1946-incorporated Fernandes Brothers (early cashew market leaders), further cemented the Souza group's imprint on the industry.
